Combat Graphic 45

Hello all,

I am seeking info on Combat Graphic 45's.

Just about anything will help. I have found
a reprint of a Navy manual and would like to find an
Army copy if one was printed.

I have 2 different ones and one seems to have an
electric shutter release, which is much different from
the manual one, and the photos in the manual.

Also, on another front, what model flash gun would
have been used with the WW2 era PH-47 Graphics?

Again, any info will be appreciated.
