| I have 3 Speed Graphic 4x5 cameras and I remember somewhere online it said you could identify the model and date by the serial number? Is this possible? Is there somewhere that is simple to read? Right now I am about Graphic'd to death. Thanks, Janet |

Yes, you can date the Speeds either through their serial number or the date code under the font rail.

to find out the models for both your 4x5's and 2x3's.

http://graflex.org/speed-graphic/manufacturing-code.html
for the manufacturing codes...
Generally, the newer the better, but it does depend on condition...

| Thanks, I appreciate the help. Still trying to decide between keeping one or two Speed Graphic cameras or my Mamiaya Universal, which has 3 lenses with it. Janet |
