Other than the quick load and the Grafmatic are there any other film holders that can be used with the Graflok back? |

The Gralok back allows the use of the standard Riteway or graphic two sided film holders just like the regular spring back, the arms that detach have springs that allow you to pull the focus screen just as any other spring back.

...and, to be sure, a variety of 120 rollfilm holders, in three formats; a 70mm. adapter; the Polaroid "545" single-sheet, "405" and "555" filmpack adapters -- and the "Graphic" filmpack adapter, if anyone ever makes filmpacks for it again! |

And there is the Kinematic, similar to the Grafmatic but holds ten sheets of 4X5 film. Quite rare.

Is that any Riteway holder or does it have to have a special number of some sort?

I have used all of the riteways that I have in my grafloks with no problems, and I have about 40 of them, and I have used the graphic wood film holders as well, the 4 x 5 standard has been around for quite a while now..

Off the top of my head, the only things I can think of that you CANNOT use are the holders/bag mags/roll backs made for the Graflex backs. |

Off the top of my head, the things I can think of that you can use, assuming that you are talking about a 4x5 back are:
4x5 Graphic plate holders. ***
4x5 Graphic type sheet film holders, including all modern ones.
Many, but not all, 9x12 sheet film holders.
Film pack adapter. *
Grafmatic, and the identical Fuji Quick Changer.
Kinematic.
Conventional 'Graphic' type foll film holders. (6x6, 6x7. 6x9, 6x12)
RH-50 70mm holder.
Calumet and Adapt-a-matic type roll film holders.
Kodak Readyload, two sheet and single sheet types.
Fuji Quickload holder.
Fuji Quickchange holder * **
Graphic Land film holder. *
Polaroid 405 pack film holder.
Polaroid 550 pack film holder. ***
Polaroid 500, 545, 545i and 545 pro sheet film holders.
4x5 One-shot digital backs. ****
4x5 Digital scanning backs. ****
Type I Mido holders.
Type II Mido holders.
* Film no longer available.
** Not to be confused with the Quick Changer.
*** Limited film availability.
**** If you can afford them!
Things you cannot use include:
Holders not intended for use with 4x5 cameras.
'Graflex' type Plate holders.
'Graflex' type film holders.
Bag magazine.
Various very old plate and film holders.
Specialised holders for old processes like Wet plates, Daguerreotypes, Lippman photographs, etc. There are a small, but growing, number of people still working with these processes today. _________________ Stephen Furley |

and, in addition to the RF formats mentioned by T.R., there is the 6X12 CM Horseman RF back. I used mine just today. There may be others aside from the Horseman. |

I see no one has mentioned the Adapt-A-Roll 620 and Calumet roll film holders, both of which will work just as well with a Graflok back (slipped under the focusing panel like a regular film holder) as they do with a spring back. _________________ Is thirty-five years too long to wait for your first Speed? |
