... any recommendations for a small cutter that would fit in a dark bag and be accurately operable by touch? (From what I've heard, modern-speed ortho films are too sensitive to get away with breaking them up in a darkroom under a ruby safelight.)

Also, any recommendations for good value in developing tanks with inserts for 3x4ish sheet film would be welcome.
