I have created a 3D-printable model of a lensboard for the Miniature Speed Graphic and posted it at thingiverse.

I have made models for the standard lensboard that came with the Miniature Speed Graphic, one with a Copal #0 hole, a pinhole lensboard and a solid one.
The files are available to be adapted for many uses.
