I was reading the poloraid back post of 4/30 and was wondering if kodak ready loads work in the 545 as well as the 545i.

As far as i can tell the only difference between the 545 and the 545i is more plastic and a better profit margin.

So Ready Load should work as well, but since there's no pressure plate like the Ready load holder, that's not saying a whole lot.
