I was thinkning of buying a crown graphic and I was wondering if there is side mount for a tripod, for doing portrait oriented shots? I understand the later speed graphics have a rotating back but (unless I'm missing something) the crowns have a stationary graphlok back.

Yes there is a female attachment point under the handle, as well as the bottom, common on Crown and Speed models! The rotating back was on the OLD SLR Graflexes, and on later "Super Speed", all metal models! Bert
