There's a guy on ebay selling reprint Graflex service manuals with a neat illustration of a 'g' man. Did Graflex ever use this artwork to advertise their retail product or was it limited to their service manuals?

The Graflex symbol from the General Precision ownership era and possibly the singer era also.

I have yet to see the g man show up in commercial advertising. He may have showed up in marketing material from Graflex to camera stores.

I have only seen it on the factory service manuals and service bulletins marked Division of General Precision. It may have been used on service material of other eras also.
