If an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, what is an ounce of prevection worth?
Low relative humidity has been recommended. Also, for lenses in naturally damp locations, storing them above ambient temperature. |

Place the affected element(s) under a strong UV light source for several hours. 24-48 hours in direct sunlight if you do not have a UV lamp.
