If 'yes', is coverage really tight?
In this instance the lens is set into a #3 Ilex shutter. Would you need a lens board custom drilling or is the hole a standard #0 or #1 size.?

Don't know, it was made to shoot on 4.5" x 4.5" in an aerial camera, which needs no movements.
