I picked up this little point and shoot camera. Put batteries in it and everything works except the flash. The printing under the shutter button says step under that it says shutter and beneath the word shutter it says flash. It looks like an honestly-made little camera, and it might be a decent picture-taker. Sometimes the exposure automation will prevent the flash from firing if the photocell is receiving enough light to make an exposure with ambient light. You might see whether the flash goes off in a dark room.
