I have one w/ a Graphex 400 shutter, f/3.5 85mm, Graftar lens.
At the top portion of the depth of field scale plate it is factory engraved "Property U.S. Government Modell 400".

At the lower part of the rear of it's dark gray E.R. leather case it is embossed in gold block lettering "Property U.S. Government ".

Can anyone tell me where in the Gov't. it was used, what years, or any thing at all about this version such as how many were made????
