hi everyone i am looking for a good camera stand to use for my large format portrait camera. can anyone help me find where to purchase one or find a supplier. thanks to all. jerry eisner

The Century Studio cameras & stands were beautiful pieces of equipment. I wish I had one... And good luck finding one...

You can sometimes find a stand on ebay, with or without a camera. The problem is the immense size, bulk and weight. I have yet to see anyone willing to ship one. They're always pick-up only. But there are a few people around willing to part with them. Try asking around and watching ebay. You might get lucky?

Or if you're not looking for an original, such things are still being made new and available at places like B&H. They look nothing like the old ones though...

Good luck!

thank you Rich for the help on the camera stand and the hints for finding one. i really appreciate your taking the time to do this and i will take your advice. jerry eisner.
