I've just purchased a Grafmatic film holder which seems to be working, but I can't figure out how to open it up to load the six septums. What's the secret, or is my holder broken? Thanks for any help, David |

Double posting is not required on this board. Just ask once. Somebody will get to it. |

David-->>>Move the dial to #1<<<
>>>Pull the darkslide out
>>>Depress the chrome lever
>>pull on darkslide until septum holder opens
>septums will be on the underside<,so be carefull that they do not drop out--also in replacing them in the dark--suggest that you hold the end of the septums, until they are
at least halfway installed! Suggest a little daylight practice, to prevent any "real time" darkroom frustrations. Bert |

Reading the instructions is like calling the phone company these days--if you want to change your address, press 1--if you want to check your phone bill, press 2---ect, ect
Your input is really appreciated Les, because, like on the old forum>>it's kinda like talking to a live person, and getting live answers! The initial dialog works best for me! Oversight on my part, should have suggested the instruction page as you said, just anxious to answer a oft times overlooked, bottom of the page question!
