From the book Graphic Graflex Photography, it looks like a 65mm lens is the widest for a Pacemaker Speed and Super Speed 4x5. The longest lens gets a bit more complicated.
With a lens of normal design, The distance from the film to the front lensboard will be equal to the focal lenght of the lens when focused at infinity. With a 203mm lens, focused at infinity this distance, called the bellows draw will be 203mm. As you focus closer, the bellows will get longer.

A Pacemaker Speed has about 12" of bellows draw, there fore, you could mount a 12" lens and be able to focus at infinity, but not much closer.

The other design of lenses are called telephoto. A telephoto lens uses LESS bellows than it's stated focal lenght. For the 4x5 there were two tele's available a 10" and a 15". Schneider made a 270 tele-artar and Nikon still makes a tele lens but are VERY expensive.

The reasonable priced lenses will be the original lenses make for the camera. a 65mm Super Angulon, a 90mm Angulon or Optar, an 88mmB&L , the normal range of lenses from the 127 Ektar to the 162mm Optar, or the more modern Symmars.
