ISO 6 or 12, develope at 65°F in HC110 for 2 to 3 times the stated developing time. Expect film of this age to be heavily fogged.

I processed some TriX from the early 1980's and HC110 at 65°F red4ced the fog considerabily.

TriX was the replacement for Super XX, AA's favorite. TriX processes simialarly to Super XX. You will have to experiment to find the correct ISO/ASA rating and developing time. TriX is ASA/ISO 320 in sheet film. Processing is 6.5 to 7 minutes at 68°F in HC110 dilution B.
From experence 65°F reduces base fog from non usable at 68°F to usable.
I don't/won't use Rodinal.

I woud start at ISO/ASA 12 and process for 18 minutes at 65°F in HC110 dilution B, fix normal, then evaluate when dry.
