Did pretty much all B&J 4x5 press cameras feature the revolving back, or was that peculiar only to certain ranges of years?

Thanks,
Adam

Tower Press (Sears & Roebuck) (4x5) is the B&J rebadged.

My original question was about Burke and James cameras, but yeah, I am interested in learning what other 4x5 press cameras had a revolving back. I did not realize the Busch/Tower ones also did.

I have looked at that, and it's an excellent site. I just wanted to see if, say, there were years that the 4x5 did not have the revolving back, e.g., "oh, nononono, stay away from the pre-1950 ones as they have a fixed back on the diagonal - total disaster!"

When I bought my Pacemaker I ALMOST bought a B&J Press instead. Now, instead of thinking either/or I am thinking I may eventually just have to go both/and. The Pacemaker Speed Graphic has some nice features - focal plane shutter, Graflok back - and the B&J has that revolving back.

Of course, I also have an RB Series D. Maybe I just need to get the helium lightening kit for that so that I am more likely to take it places with me.
