I HAVE A 3A AND CAN NOT OPEN THE FRONT.
THE HIDDEN BUTTON ON THE TOP LEFT (FACING THE CAMERA) DOES RELEASE THE DOOR BUT ONLY OPENS A 1/4" INCH OR SO AND THEN STOPS.
CAN ANYONE SUGGEST A WAY TO HANDLE THIS?

The Graflex 3A is a Reflex Camera.
See the RB Graflex Manual linked there. Although not listed in the manual the camera and shutter operates the same.
COCK THE MIRROR as if for viewing. Lever H should point toward the rear of the camera not the front.
Turn your caps lock OFF in future posts please.
