HI all,
does anyone knows which type of cable I need to connect my Rodenstock Rotelar/Compur to a metz flash?
I think is a normal female PC but on the Graflex manual is reported as DIN type connection..?
Any helps?
Thanks
Giorgio

Back in the 1950s there were several names for what we now call a PC connection.
DIN stood for Deutch Industrie Norm (which loosely translated is German Industrial Standards) was one of them.
Another name was Practika/Contax post from which we get the current "PC" designation.

Banjo;

AFAIK the sync cable connection on vintage Kodaks was called by only three names:
1. Kodak flash post (sometimes shortened to only one or two of those words.)
2. ASA (from American Standards Association)
3. Bayonet post.
