Catching up I just read Newcomer's article on Custom Graflex. Several years ago I bought a 5 x 7 Auto Graflex which was no nor ever was leather covered. It does not have a serial number I can find. The camera is finely crafted with finger joints on all sides. Apparently the original lens was removed and the front stardard modified (poorly) to accomodate a large lens--Jos. Schnieger Xenar 1:3.5 F 21cm. If intered I can send photos. Anyone seen or heard of this camera and thoughts about it being a custom?? Thanks, Mike
