Just got a Crown with Kalart and Optar 4.7 135mm. Have new fresnel on route from Rochester. Would like to know the age.

Shutterfinger's "Not the Serial Book List, But.." is not much help for your camera's serial number. The four nearest numbers on that list are:
653715 - Super Speed - 1964
653928 - Super Graphic - 1964
689103 - Your camera
700583 - Speed - 1949
700782 - 2x3 pacemaker speed - 1947

You might find some help by going to the Graflex.org home page then clicking on "Cameras" then "Graflex Graphic Model History".
