I need to know if anyone has any information on a Graflex Product #9106 wide angle viewfinder. Could this be used on a 4X5 SG, or is it for a smaller format camera? An information would be extremely helpful. Thanks in advance |

Without a mask, the wide viewfinder approximates a 90mm lens on 4x5 Speed Graphic or a Super Graphic. I can't find my 10th editon Graphic Graflex Photography, but there's a table in there showing what this finder can do with certain masks. (It will also show the approximate view of a 65mm lens on 2x3, but I'm not sure which mask if any) _________________ "In order to invent, you need a good imagination and a lot of junk" Thomas Edison |

Assuming use of this finder only on a 4x5 [I think that's what you said], the finder w/o a mask is used for the 90mm or 88mm lenses. It can be used with a 100mm lens if you use a #4 mask.
As Les says, there are specs for using this WA viewfinder w/masks and various lenses on 2x3 and 3x4 cameras as well. |

Thank you very much for giving me this information.
My viewer was broken due to airline mishandling, and I need a new(old) one. The only one that I could find on "That" auction site was the wide angle, and since I use my 90mm Angulon most of the time, that was perfect.
