What are the correct dimensions (and thickness) of the Ektalite, for my Crown Graphic?
Thanks!

Philippe, before buying or making a fresnel lens for your camera, check to make sure that the focusing panel is made for a fresnel.

The fresnel sits on four bosses that stand up a little from the frame. The same focusing panel casting was used with and without fresnel; the difference between the two types is that in ones made for use with a fresnel the bosses are milled down and low. In castings made for use with no fresnel, the bosses are higher.

I'm sorry, but it helps to have one of each type to compare with.

My camera already has an Ektalite, but in rather poor condition
The GG isn't perfect either, and I've tried to contact Satin Snow in order to know if they could provide me with a new one for my 4x5" Crown, but got no answer

Philippe, please be patient with Dave Parker. There was recently a catastrophe in his family. Dave's brother-in-law killed Dave's sister and then committed suicide.

Phillip,

I have scanned my emails for the last three weeks and don't have record of receiving an email from you, I am sorry, I am just now getting back to work, and have tried to respond to the many emails I received the last three weeks, but don't seem to have one from you, please send it again and if I get it I will make sure to respond. I cannot supply the fresnel, but we have done many screens for your camera.

Dave Parker
