Welcome! The film pack adapter is useless. Film has not been made for it in many years. To identify the Polaroid back, you will need to supply more information.

If its larger than the camera, then is a Graphic Polaroid Back and is useless.

If it slides in the camera like a film holder and it's grey, then its a model 500. Film is officially not made for this back, but current film will work if you don't pull the sleeve out too far.

If slide in the camera like a holder and is black and uses sheet film, then it's a Model 545, 545i or 545Pro. This is the current model for sheet film.

There is a Model 405 and I think a Model 550 both take pack film, The 550 is dead, but the 405 takes current pack film. Both of these clamp on the back using the slide locks.

Actually, the 550 isn't completely dead; Fuji still makes, IIRC, two emulsions (FP-3000B and FP-100C, I think) that fit a 550. These are 4x5 pack film, about 50% greater image area than the 3x4 film like 667 and 669.
