Wasn't sure whether to post in this section or lens help section, but . . .

Has anyone made (or know how to make) their own pacemaker boards? I did several searches, but was unable to find much. Any info. would be helpful.

glennfromwy has made some. IIRC, he made a hardwood form and then used a hammer to form the sheet metal over it. I'm sure there's more to it than that, though.

I wen to tap plastics and got some 3/16 black acrylic, cut blanks the size of the pacemaker opening rounding the cornors as needed, put a straight cut router bit in a dremel and trimed down the outside edges so that the blank would sit flush in the opening and be snug against the lens board locks, sanded the back (inside), then drilled the shutter/flange hole and mounted the lens and used them.
