OK, so normal Pacemaker lensboards have four small raised spots that go under the retaining bars on the front standard to keep the bars from marring the surface of the board. Late boards have four more raised spots, quite a bit larger, on the sides of the board. Anyone have an idea as to why the bigger raised spots were added? Remember that the boards are not square, and the bigger spots cannot be positioned under the retaining bars. |

I don't know why I didn't try that; I guess I forgot the Super locks on the side. Shame on me for not having expected Graflex to ensure compatability between the two cameras. |
