				| I've seen numerous references to a modification that can be done to a speed graphic so that I can use the Graflok back but have been unable to find anyone that can summarize the procedure and/or share advice. One of the questions I asked when purchasing was related to interchangable backs and was told flatly that there was no possibility. Can you help prove them wrong? Thanks,
 Todd

				| A Graflok, graflex, or spring back will all fit a speed graphic. There are 5 screws holding the spring back on. and if you put a crown Graflok back on you use the 4 main screws. Takes about 2 minutes to do this job. The problem is finding a Graflok back at least in 2x3 which I use. Do not waste your time on the graflex back as it is an oddball for film holders. Russ | |
