| I recently bought a 4x5 Speed Graphic which came with an obsolete roll film polaroid back. Since I bought this camera to do polaroid transfers, I would like to ask where I can purchase on that uses sheet film. I think the model number for the back is 545? I live in England but would be willing to buy it from the US and have it shipped. Does anyone have any suggestions where to look. I prefer to buy from a dealer or private individual. For some reason I have trouble with Ebay when it comes to paypal. Thanks for any help. |

| The current model Polaroid sheet film backs for your 4X5 are the 545i and newer 545 Pro. You can get detailed info on both from Polaroid's website. Be careful of used backs. They frequently have rusty or damaged rollers which will leave marks on the finished print, and they usually don't sell for much of a discount. For new purchases, you can try B&H Photo mail order. I'm sure they do international mail order and their prices are about as good as anyone. Plus they are very reliable. Their Internet address is http://www.bhphotovideo.com. |
