Crown Graphic. Stock 135mm lens which has been working fine. I have 10 sheets that look like this from various film holders. Some of the holders are older and fussy: the dark slides can get hung up.
Perplexing to me is that the same camera made perfectly fine images and I cannot explain why the area of darkness is aligned differently in different images.
Note: I asked this question over on LFPF but that site appears to have been crashed, so I"m trying here. I tested the shutter and it appears to be working correctly. And I don't see any obstruction or foreign body in the film back.
Lastly, I'm pretty OCD about loading the holders and am very confident the film started out under the rails before closing up the end and pushing the dark slide in. And,,,yes...I pulled the dark slide all the way out while tripping the shutter.

I normally use the calibrated RF and never look at the GG. It was plain as day that something was obstructing light to the GG and when I took the back off I found the piece of film, |
