I finally got to go out and try my camera. I can't seem to get it to focus.
The ground glass hood is getting in my way also. Any tips to help me would be appreciated. I', not sure how much draw is needed on bellows to get a good focus. Thanks.

If you have the standard 135mm kit lens, then the bellows will be extendend about halfway to the end of the rack with the rack set at infinity.

The hood should pop off if it is in your way. Mine has tabs on either I press to remove it.
