I am trying to find the serial number on my father-in-law's Graflex Super Graphic camera. From my research, I see it should be attached to the front panel of the camera, but I do not see it (there's no plate with details).
Can anyone assist me in locating the serial number on the camera?
Without a serial number, is there a way to determine the production date of the camera? I know the series was in production from 1956-1973, but I wasn't sure if there was a way to narrow that down.

Here is a link to a photo album with photos from various angles: https://photos.app.goo.gl/xpjKBnaT3y7r22Fh6.
The fourth photo shows the view that would normally show the serial number (at least from my understanding).

I appreciate your help - thank you!!!

The Super Graphic was made from 1958 to 1973.
Serial numbers up to 646124 - inside of the front right side (shooting position) trim just below the position the focus knob will be with the bed in the closed position.
Serial numbers above 646124 - in the trim above the battery opening.
Serial numbers are stamped into the trim and may be hard to see.
Starting in 1960 a date code was stamped on all Graflex products. The Super and Pacemaker Graphic were stamped on the bottom of the front most cross member of the yoke.

Thank you for your help!
I believe I may have found the serial number, but it doesn't match up with any of the Graflex serial number charts I've found (appears to be one digit short).
Number: 36064 (photo here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/adUtvRXRwN3BdAUp9)

Is this the correct number? If so, is there a site that lists that serial number range?
If this is the wrong number, I'm not sure exactly where to look (not familiar with some of the terms).

- Inside the right front side below the focus knob - here? https://photos.app.goo.gl/2KrNXnU6XpVwiwqw9
- Above the battery opening - here? https://photos.app.goo.gl/5eZfQbvuCn55v1cAA
- Bottom of the front most cross member of the yoke - here? https://photos.app.goo.gl/WFbNd7zhGa9vi5s97

Thank you for your time! I've tried to figure out the answer on my own, but wasn't able to even after reading multiple websites.

36064 is not the serial number, its a casting number.
Yoke=rails, the part that the front standard slides on.

Now open the bed, lock at 90°, then look along the inside edge of the camera opening. Your serial number will be between 640000 and 646124 making it 1958 or early 1959.

No serial number here, pre 646125.

I found it! Thank you so much for your help, and explaining it to me.

The number is 642857, which appears to be a 1957 model.

Thanks again!

642857 is near the middle of the first listing of Super Graphic cameras listed. It is a 1958 year of introduction but may have been produced in late 1957. Several Graflex models were made in the last quarter of the year prior to their official introduction.
