as its a Quick change lens boards that makes it a 1948 or 1949

I know this is a very old post but I have some info that might help date the Busch Pressman Model C.

I have a letter from Busch Precision Corp in Chicago dated July 2, 1948 that was sent to a Mr. J. R. Vaughn in Oakland California with a one year guarantee certificate issued to Mr. Vaughn for a Pressman Model C, serial number 37151. The certificate is also dated 7-2-48. The letter also contained a Model C Manual of Care and Operation and a Model C sales brochure. Not really proof of definitive dating but probably pretty close.
