You were asking about the quality of 135mm Optar lenses. I have a 3x4 Pacemaker Speed that has a 135mm Optar in a Graphex full synchrmatic shutter (lens serial #678693). I can get adequate sharpness for 8x10 enlargement and a very nice image quality. This lens I believe came original with the camera and both camera and lens most likely date to the early 1950's.
Regards,
Dave

I can echo Dave's experience; my 135 Optar (in Graphex) is an excellent lens.
