Found this article in the current issue of Shutterbug. They even gave a plug to Graflex.Org in the print edition and it has a link at the end of the on-line article.

That's how I got here. It really put a desire in me to find out more about the world of large format and a relativly inexpensive way to get my feet wet. So far I have aquired a nice Crown, a junk crown (oh boy!) and a couple of working lens /shutter combinations along with a polaroid back and a 23 roll film holder. Now all I gotta do is learn how to all this stuff! |

I'm amazed that shutterbug carried an article about film cameras... I dropped my subscription to them a long time ago for that reason...
But it's nice to know they did. Unfortunately, I stopped reading it when the author mentioned he gutted a nice Super... Another camera ruined for the next generation! And I bet he saved at least 3 or 4 ounces of weight too...

I quit reading all of those "photo" mags when they became nothing but ads and new equipment "reviews", which are nothing but plugs for the makers. Where did the photography go???????
