Lake Ontario, Webster, New York Today it was wonderful weather, probably the best week of the year, this year, any year, for Rochester, NY. After my meetings I headed to the Lake Ontario park in Webster. I took my KX1 and Pac-12 and set it up on the end of the pier. The antenna looked like an aluminum fishing pole until the last step, at which point I put on headphones and almost immediately talked to Jurek EA6UN in Balearic Is., Spain. Afterwards I took a photo for some tourists with a dog and headed up the road to see where it ended.
