Randy at work got a Treo 600 from Sprint. He says he gets about 140Kb/s when he uses it as a modem. The camera is built in and the pictures are nice, though I have to question his choice of subject matter. The keyboard is big enough to make letters with, using one thumb, but I couldn't actually type on it as I can on my hiptop. It does look like a phone, though.
