The K-20 and K-24 (and ??) use nominally 5 1/4 inch film. It measures slightly less, say 5.2 inches. I'm trying to get somebody (anybody!) to cut a small quantity of 400 speed film, but , knowing it will be a sizeable investment I want to know if 5 inch wide film will work satisfactorily in the K-20. If so, the a 5 inch width could be uded in other things, like a #53 rollholder, etc.
Does anybody have experience using 5 inch film in lieu of the 5 1/4 Please?
