Hello, I work for a federal agency called the Presidio Trust which manages the Presidio of San Francisco. The Trust is opening a new museum in September this year and in our temporary gallery we are opening up with an exhibit about an army amateur photographer, Tucker Beckett. He set up studios in both Alaska and Texas during his military assignments and used a "6 1-2 x 8 1-2 combination plate or film revolving back, cycle graflex, which later was equipped with panorama attachment, focal plane shutter and f4.5 lens (which cost him $400 in 1912 !). The Trust is hoping to borrow this type of camera, not purchase, we are a non collecting agency. If anyone out there has any ideas about how I can procure this type of camera, with a tripod, that would be fabulous. He also used a Kodak 3-A folding camera while marching through the Mexican desert during the Mexican Punitive Expedition, if anyone has a line of borrowing an example of this camera, I would also be interested. Thank you very much ! Rosemary _________________ Rosemary Healy
