Hello: I am very grateful for you answering my questions as I learn the set-up with the camera and lens combo. Quick questions as mentioned I am about to purchase a Kodak AERO-EKTAR f:2.5 7 in 178 mm for a speed Graphic. The lens looks like it needs cleaning - even a little mold inside the lens. Is it possible once I have it to send it to a specialist and have it taken apart and cleaned and have the f-stops all checked? Is there such an outfit that does this? IS there ever a problem with mold?

Thank-you again for helping me out

C.

Graflex.org, the home page,>Related web sites tab>commercial sites selling graflex and related equipment link>other list of used equipment>
Ace Camera= http://www.acecam.com/ (link), repairs link>Repairs, States and Provinces N>New York
Du-All Camera, New York City, New York ;Johnson Camera, Dewitt (Greater Syracuse), New York; Berry Pro Camera Repair Service, New York City, New York; as well as http://www.keh.com/Repair-Center.aspx (link) are places that I would get estimates from and select the one that I felt comfortable with.
I do all of my repairs and could probably thoroughly clean the Aero Ektar for you. I have not seen one, and as long as it does not require specialty equipment to disassemble, it should be a piece of cake.

Another shop that I would not hesitate to use: http://www.ictcamera.com/Services/Services.html
