The address is http://graflex.org/helpboard/viewtopic.php?topic=3321&forum=16&0 .
When I click on it, I get "Hacking attempt!" and a blank page.

Moderators, where are you? What gives?

The owner of "the book" asked us to remove it.

Well, that's pretty mean-spirited, I must say. Just who is this "owner" of information that he got from somebody else?

Has "The Book" become a copyright issue?

Perhaps the moderators could make some arrangement with Shutterfinger to post his "Not the Serial Book List, But..." as a locked post such as has been done with "Document Links".
At least that would give those who want to date their cameras a place to look.

If you do a Google search for "not the serial number book list but" (make sure it is in quotes) you will find the page that was last updated in Feb. Make sure you click on the cached link, otherwise you will get the current page which dosen't exist. Print it out or copy and save it as a word document because no telling when Google will delete it.

Hey Guys, there's always a workaround....it's still available on Google from July 4 2008, with the last update in February 08. No need to go away mad, this is still a great site.

GraphicDave,

Thanks. It worked worked for me without quotes.

I took the time to print it (13 pages) for reference.

It's really sad, that some people won't share these things. One day when they aren't here anymore - does all this (for collectors and users) interesting information just go away? and does this person(s) want this to happen. I agree - can't we all just get along. I am also a collector and user of Leica and it is a tremendous difference regarding information. I must admit - I do not understand this demand for secrecy regarding when a camera was produced.
