Hi, I have a Crown Graphic with a Kodak Ektar 203mm f7.7 which really needs a bit of TLC (lens, that is!). Does anyone know of, or can recommend, a good repair or service centre for classic lenses, preferably in Europe or the UK?? Hard to believe but not many people here in the UK even know what a Crown Graphic is, let alone Kodak lenses from the 50s!

Any East Coast based repair people would be a good alternative.

If you can mail your shutter -- I take it that the shutter, not the lens itself, is what needs service to the US at all you can mail it anywhere in the US. Try Carol Miller www.flutotscamerarepair.com , Tim Sharkey www.lensn2shutter.com and Adam Dau www.skgrimes.com.

There are repairmen in the UK, visit http://www.lf-photo.org.uk/forum/ search and if necessary ask. Again, you'll have to register.
