I recently acquired (inherited) an old Speed Graphic. It seems to have all the accessories, etc. I would like to try it out, but I can't figure out how to open it! I can't tell if it is stuck or if there is a trick to opening it. Do the focus rollers have anything to do with it? Thanks!

On the top near the front edge is a pimple under the leather (actually it's a rivet) push down on that and the front door should open, if not by itself, then with a little encouragement.

A few Speeds had the release on the leather handle side near the top front corner.

Ahh. Got it. Thanks a lot! It appears to be in good shape. I'm not familiar with anything bigger than 35mm...yet. Thanks again!
