I won an Ebay bid on a EX+ folding hood for a XL Graflok back. It arrived today and I was very disappointed in the item.
The back cover had were marks like had been slid around hard while on the camera. I opened the hood to only to have one side fall open. One of the diagonal hinge links was broken.
I've emailed the seller asking for a Full refund. I'll let you know.
You can spot his auctions by the line. "Sorry, no pics as my digital camera is down."
If you're really interested my auction id was 3833147193

I have a few simple rules I follow when bidding on things like this. The first is: No picture, no bid.

I do agree, the no picture line made a little nervous, but I bit on the $20 item.

An update, the seller did offer a full refund or a rebate of the selling price less shipping if I wanted it. I sent it back... More news when I see my money.
The seller's explanation on the condition was that he had a few of these backs all wrapped up and didn't know the one he sent was in poor condition. Not a good answer, but if the refund does occur I won't burn him on ebay.

The seller did give me a refund including shipping. But the check for for $10.00 too much, and he has requested the overage refunded.

This guy needs to work on his orgnization skills.

Awe, give him his 10 bucks back and be glad you ran into an honest seller, I sell over 300 pieces of glass a month on ebay and everyonce in a while something gets goofed up..
