Okay it wasn't shot with a Speed Graphic in a B-29, and it may not qualify as truly large format, but it IS large FIELD photography......

Yep, infact in the first 5 minutes I thought I caused it! I was working in the basement and everything went dark, I checked the fuse but nothing was blown. That's when I got nervous. I went to my neighbor and he was out too, Now I felt better on the way back a guy in a car said the whole north east was out. Okay I'm not THAT bad of an electrican! So I grabbed the milk and eggs from the fridge, stuck it in the ice chest with ice and duck taped the frige and freezer shut. Then I went out and set up the tent.

When it got dark I grabbed my Aero Ektar on my Crown and a pile of flash bulbs and took some shots of my little town, also got to know every cop in 5 miles ("Hey what are you doing!----well I've got this arial lens and a pile of flash bulbs and.....You mean you can really light up the whole street?.... WOW you CAN light up the whole street!). Those havent' been processed yet.

I, for one, would like to see the shots of your "little town" taken with no light other than the flashbulbs when you get'em printed. Fred.

How did you focus the "yet to be developed shots of your little town in the dark"? Focus spot, police flashlight, wife and kids with candles , preset according to distance scale and guide number of bulb in use.?
