I have a Crown Graphic which I recently obtained. Thanks to the forum I've made a ground glass for the Spring back.I'm missing quite a few parts. Specs are: 4x5,Graphic back,side-mounted Kalart rangefinder, serial number #960544. My questions are: 1) Based on the serial numbers posted in this forum, my serial appears to be a late model number, but the camera lens is a 127mm Kodak Ektar of 1948 vintage. My body dimensions are 6.5"wide and 7.5"high.What do I have here?
2. I need a body release cable and the horizontal tab that touches the shutter.Who would have these parts? 3)The 127mm Ektar has some cement crystals in the rear cell. Is it feasible to re-cement or look for a rear cell?
Thanks

Looks like you have a camera from '61 and a lens from '48, and a pooped one at that. |

recementing lenses runs about $85, a better used 127mm lens sells for less than that. The other option is to stop down. Check Fred Lustig for parts. |

Thanks for the information. The side mounted rangefinder is the feature that I don't understand. I thought according to the FAQ that top-mounted rangefinders were used after 1955.
