Does anyone have a conversion chart that shows the old U.S. f/stop vs modern f/stop settings? I have that information somewhere, but am unable to find it, now that I need it.
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.

F16 and US 16 are the same. You can move up or down the scale from there..... f22=US32 f11=US8 etc.

It's always amusing to find an f7.0 protar advertised as a SUPER FAST F3.5 Protar!!!!!!!

Thanks, Les! This post was to figure out how I could make use of an unmarked lens, probably a papid rectilinear, in an old Victor pneumatic shutter, roughly 170mm, I think. It is on an old Rochester Optical Premo "B" that was laying around collecting dust. When I dicovered that it would accept modern film holders, I scraped off 100 years worth of rotten leather and crud, and refinished it. Shutter fires consistently at 1/30. Snapped off a quick shot today and the negative looks pretty good. Now I have a 4X5 field camera with front rise and fall and rear tilt, that weighs in at 36 OUNCES! I wouldn't use it for anything too serious but it will be a barrel of fun to play with.
