Please pardon my ignorance - I'm new to this.
Just got a new speed graphic and I cannot open the case (the front where the lens is). The sliver release button depresses, but the case doesn't unhinge. This camera is a Graflex Speed Graphic, w/a Graflex Optar F/4.7 NO G58037 135MM lens full synchrimatic Wollensak. Any help would be great!

update - found a post that says: "On the top near the front edge is a pimple under the leather (actually it's a rivet) push down on that and the front door should open, if not by itself, then with a little encouragement. "
On mine there is a treaded hole under my leather strap - does something belong here?
thanks!!!

The threaded hold under the handle is a standard tripod mount (if you remove the handle) for vertical shooting. If you keep going up toward the top of the camera you should be able to feel a 'bump'. It's in the corner towards the front of the top handle bracket and above the silver round focusing knob. It's an area about the size of your thumb, so just pushing there should release the front door...
